The date has been set for the Grand Rapids Super Sessiun. The Sunday AFTER the Super Bowl, February 13, 2011, you are invited to attend a combined sessiun of Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo and other area Irish Traditional music making groups. It will be held at McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon. McFadden’s is across the street from the Van Andel Arena in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. The official times are 7 to 9 PM, but the...re is no penalty for arriving early or staying until they throw you out.
Early arrivals can enjoy a fine meal at McFadden’s. Yeah, they always say what great food is available at the venue, but McFadden’s menu really rocks and the Sunday manager, Eric, is a fine host who truly appreciates our music
