CIAW is without a doubt the best week of Irish music in the USA. The village of E. Durham has long been connected with the Irish community in the New York Metropolitan area and has been identified with the best of Irish traditional music. The CIAW has over 60 musicians/instructors and artists from Ireland and the USA giving lesson twice a day and a nightly concert . Of course the sessions go on into the early hours.
