As part of Glasgow's West End Festival Glasgow Fiddle Workshop is organising a day of music tuition and groupwork classes in Stow West College (Behind the Botanic Gardens).
This is a hugely successful event running each year with excellent opportunities to learn from top quality musicians in a relaxed environment. The evening rounds off with a session. Tutors this year include Gillian Frame (Scottish Young Musician of the Year 2001) and Findlay Napier (both in Back of the Moon), Clare McLaughlin (Deaf Shepherd fiddler) and Nigel Gatherer (http://www.nigelgatherer.com/)
