Maybe its worth mentioning that the event has a fantastic program and its Artistic Director is an amazingly talented fiddler/guitarist who dabbles a bit in bouzouki and banjo, and drives his old dog wild with occasional experiments with piano accordions, and is handsome, intelligent, and teaches.......but then maybe I might be buttering him up....for a gig.? ....just for fun? ...or because I haven't practiced lately and I haven't an apple for the teacher at hand?
Do try the Session Bar if you ever make it to the National at Easter!
When I heard Grada were going I to thought to myself that this is indeed shaping up to be a good one. Not to mention Kenny from this site will be there all the way from scotland.

Re: Grada at the National
I was going to say, Grada is signed for the Harp in Sydney on Easter Monday! Might be a bit light on numbers that night.
This National is shaping up to be one of the best for Irish music for many years - at long bldy last!
Enough of the Morris dancers already (duck for cover!)

Re: Grada at the National
You will have to put up with Morris Dancers forever. They breed.
They have Morris minors.
