My old drama school (Rose Bruford College in Sidcup, south-east london), is having its annual symposium starting on 20th April 2009. Its a week long festival of arts and multiculturalism and for the last 3 years I have helped organise an open session for them. If you are interested in coming down then send me an e-mail through this site and I will make sure you are on the visitors list at reception. Free Guinness and I may be able to help with travel expenses if you're coming from somewhere in London. It would be lovely to have anyone else who can make it along. I have made new friends and seen some other amazing artists every time I've played this event.
10 mins walk from sidcup rail station (trains go via lewisham from charing cross, cannon street or london bridge. the journey takes about 35mins from charing cross).
Pipes, banjo, accordion, fiddle, guitar and a bodhran already confirmed. please spread the word!
