On the marvellous new album of Karen Matheson, track 10, you can hear a very strange low whistle played by Mick McGoldrick... It sounds very natural and I don't know if it's done "live" by a pedal (like a wah pedal) or by a computer. Could someone help me ?
Has someone already try to play the whistle or a flute with a wah pedal or a fuzz pedal (or something like that...) I really would like to try it.
Thanks in advance for your help !

Flute + electronics
Oh yes, people do it all the time. I've used choruses and fuzz boxes coupled with reverb, but not for Irish music.
