What ever happened to the "real" Dave Sheridan? - debut flute solo album coming soon - thats what!!
What ever happened to the "real" Dave Sheridan? - debut flute solo album coming soon - thats what!!
NEW album on the way from the flute player Dave Sheridan from Leitrim based in Dublin!!
Watch out for some quality flute playing - some molloy influences along with a 1st class backing line up - including some of the Dervish members - don't wanna give away too much though!!
Anway, its out in JUNE i think and it is definitely one the finest flute recordings to come out in the last 3 - 4 years!!.............................Check out The Irish Music Magazine - may, june, july editions - for more information.
I think you can also find a link on the Dervish website, if not you will be able to soon.

I actually know the two Dave Sheridans and was just using the word "real" for attention grabbing reasons!!
it obviously worked....
the 2 of them know each other well and they often both joke about "the real Dave Sheridan" anytime they meet up at festivals etc,....both fantastic musicians and sound lads!!

The real Dave Sheridan should record a CD with the other Real/Fake Dave Sheridan and call it something like Double Dave Sheridan, on the Rocks........ Would the real Dave Sheridan p p please stand up..!
