Don't know what the protocol is about putting links up on the discussion board (most of what follows can probably be found in the links section)....
However, here's a few sites I've found really useful in my first year learning the whistle, especially as I didn't grow up in the tradition and have had minimal exposure to the music...
The links for sound clips were chosen mainly because the tunes aren't, for the most part, played at CD/session/breakneck speed.

Tutorial sites:
http://www.rogermillington.com/siamsa/brosteve/
http://www.whistletutor.com/ (has video clips with tunes played at half-speed)
Sites with sound files:
http://www.siamsa.org/sessions/sessions.htm
http://www.anglo-concertina.net/
http://fingertrip.net/whistle/index.html
Virtual session:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/r2music/folk/sessions/
I'm reposting this, because it has apparently moved here from an old location...has 8-10 sets played with sheet music displayed.
Sheet music collections:

Hope somebody finds this useful.
