I'm not talking about all irelands or all britains but I was thinking of entering one of those local, regional fleadhs.
What are the average standards at them in a 12-14 catagorie or higher?
What kind of things do they play?
Are there many small fleadhs/competitions in England? There was a local one which burned because of lack of organisation............. oh well there must be something else.......... ?
No, you don't have to be a Comhaltas memeber to enter. You can get dates for most of the Fleadhs from Comhaltas' website, and also , I believe , the rules pertaining to specific age groups. The All-Britain Fleadh is in Glasgow this year. Maybe see you there. Good luck.
