The key of F wouldn't have an e flat or an f sharp. If you look at it as a sharp, d sharp and f sharp and a sharp, then it is in the key of E major I believe...but there would have to be another sharp in there somewhere or it changes key in there somewhere...is it in a minor sounding or dorian key? I would have to hear it...I can't read music as it is written here. I would need the actual notes and rhytms and such...good luck with it though.
Do you know this jig?
Do you know this jig?
Hi folks!
I'm looking for the title of a jig in 3 parts which I'm pretty sure was composed by a fiddler from Dublin.
I think the key is F, with Bflat, Eflat and Fsharp...here is the begining of the first part:
~G3 FDC|~B,3 G,A,B,|G,A,B, G,A,F|FD^C DGG|
Do you know the title???
Thanks a lot!

Re: Do you know this jig?
Sounds like the key could be G minor.
