Looking at the "how many toys do you have" discussion made me realize that there are a lot of mountain and hammer dulcimer players lurking out there. So even though it's short notice and not pure ITM, I'd like to invite you to the Pocono Dulcimer Club's Winter DulcimerFest which will be held this Saturday, Jan 21 at the Stroudburg Wesleyean Church in Stroudsburg, PA. (USA) beginning at 8:30 am, with a 7:00 pm evening concert by Aubrey Atwater (Mt Dulcimer) and Rick Thum (Hammered Dulcimer). There will even be a discovery track and loaner mt. dulcimers for those who want to get their instrumental feet wet. For more info go to the club website http://pdc-wdf.tripod.com
Oh man, folks if you are in the area check out Aubrey Atwiter she is amazing (her husband Elwood Donnelly is pretty cool too). Rick Thum is also very talented.
Kate - I hope that ya'll have a blast and I definitely wish that I could be there.
