Thanks Breandan. I am in Scotland. The web availability seems only to relate to four programmes, none of which is musical, or am I misunderstanding it?
Sky are onto the Irish sky card scam and are currently trying to cut down the number of UK based people watching Irish Sky. However, there is currently a campaign being waged by Irish communities in Britain to get RTÉ broadcast in Britain for free or cheap to aid the Irish communities over here, particularly the elderly who wish to have greater links with their homeland. The Irish Post newspaper (www.irishpost.co.uk) is spearheading this campaign. It is hoped that when RTÉ finally gets broadcast over here, we shall be able to watch TG4 too, or at least be able to watch Trad programmes on the other RTÉ channels. There is some talk that RTÉ will actually create a channel specifically for the Irish in the UK which may show trad music and other cultural programmes. Tofind out more, read the Irish post or visit their website. Good Luck!

Re: TG4
You can get an Irish sky card if you know someone in Ireland who can provide you with an address of convenience and set up the payments for you.
