The website is in French, which probably won't help users who aren't familiar with the language.
And no, I couldn't get into it either, and I don't have a Yahoo group (whatever that is).
I'm a yahoo member and I *think* I've just joined this. I don't see any sign of a Database yet, but I'll let you know how I get on. Yahoo groups do tend to have some sort of reservoir of information, pictures and so on.
After you log in with your username and password (if you are a Yahoo member) it says that "you're not part of this group" (though in french). So it's obviously a closed discussion group only open to its members!
That's all right! You can join! (If you want.) I have just downloaded this database which is an ABC collection of 12,444 tunes. I've only looked at it briefly and many of the tunes are not designated as Jigs, Reels, Horpipes or Slides - But there are certainly 12,444 tunes in there. It takes up 4Mb. I'm not quite sure of the ethics of this, but I think it would be polite to ask the group if I can pass this on to others here.
It's not really 12,444 Irish tunes. Many of them are Scottish, and there are plenty of tunes from elsewhere, as well. It includes a strange modal scale, at least one Beatles song, Sweedish, Bulgarian, Australian and Yiddish tunes. Etc.
I'd beware of passing it around, as it seems to be an amalgam of ABCs that others have created. For example, there are lots of Henrik Norbek transcriptions. As I recall, he asks on his website that they not be distributed without permission. There are dozens of transcribers whose work is included, in addition to numerous copyrighted tunes. I doubt very much that anybody has asked permission to redistribute this material.
Also, I've tried opening the file in BarFly, without success. I can see the ABCs in Word, and undoubtedly paste a few thousand at a time into BarFly, but it won't open the whole thing.
Another issue is duplication. I noticed on just a very quick glance, two consecutive tunes that were identical, except that one contained more background information in the header. So don't be too impressed by the size - it may create more problems and confusion than it's worth.

This is a database compiled by musicians here in France of 12,000 Irish tunes in alphabetical order and ABC, if anybody is interested.

Re: Database
God, I couldn't get this to work. It sent me round several loops and then asked me if I wanted to start a Yahoo group.
Since I already have one (and a password) I gave up.
Sounds good though, if you can get into it!

Believe it or not, I have Bagels on the range that need attending to. I'll look into this and have an answer for you in a day or two.
