Ossian Music up in New Hampshire does a great job making trad import albums available, I think their website is ossianusa.com. Also, if there are accordions involved, thebuttonbox.com, The Button Box in Amherst, MA has a lot of good CDs available. I have done mail order business with both with good results.
greenlinnet.com they are the greatest and I believe that the last time I ordered from them I payed three dollars in shipping for four cds. So very affordable!
try Celtic Grooves as well: http://celticgrooves.homestead.com/CGhome.html
-he's in DC and seems to carry some fairly obscure stuff now and then.
I ordered a CD from OSSIAN on thursday last and just got it today-very fast delivery.
I subscribe to Trad tunes http://tradtunes.com/shop.php
and get mp3 from thier site as well, just like iTunes
I try to avoid Green Linnet, as, cheap as they are, they tend to be dishonest towards musicians who record with them. I prefer to buy things more expensive and have my conscience sleep peacefully. But this is just my approach.
I tend to check Claddagh Records first for very recent CDs, listening to sample audio clips. I also avoid Green Linnet for obvious reasons. Try Amazon instead.
When possible I try to buy CD's from the musician(s) themselves. More and more traditional Irish CD's are showing up on CD Baby these days. I find them great to do business with and shipping, at least to the US, is very reasonable.
It looks like you've got a lot of good links, but I'll add my favorite. The proprietor is Lew Taylor and he seems to be able to get just about anything. He's got nearly 1200 Celtic Cds listed http://www.harpandthistle.com/
They have a small but good selection; aome things you can find elsewhere, but some not. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and these CD's arrived in less than a week, posted from County Galway; amazing...
In case you don't already have it, here's my recent fave:
If you're more the 21st century kind of person (with broadband), and want to buy music to download (and burn onto your own cd or whatever), check out http://tradtunes.com/

Re: Born in the USA......
I've had good luck finding interesting CD's (esp. a good selection of Donegal music) from Tayberry Music, www.tayberry.com. Good service, also.
