Does anyone know of a free converter from MIDI to abc format?

Hello, I've been trawling the web for the past hour trying to find software that will convert MIDI files into abc without me having to do complicated installing things which I would know how to do if I was a computer programmer. However, I'm a viola player instead, so it's proving difficult.

Is anyone in the know about this sort of thing? If so I'd be really grateful if you could share some information with me...

There's one on my website music page that I wrote for myself. It's a bit crude but it works well. Works the other way too abc to mid and has a player built in.

I'm not very good at using sourceforge things - I can't understand how to install them, though I did try. I think I may be missing a vital piece of really obvious knowledge!
