I'm Vincent from Spain and I will be in galway on 10 th 11th of august.Can anyone recommend some pubs with good tradicional live music?.If anyone going to be thear on thoes days?It good would be great to meet you thear.

I have a friend who goes to Galway every summer for five weeks with a group of university students. He very much enjoys the Crane, but I'm certain that others of those mentioned are on his list of favorite stops, as well. He has complained a couple of times about noisy tourists (and wonder of wonders, they were principally from a couple of other European countries, and not more of us "loutish Yanks") who were so obnoxiously noisy (drowning out the players) that the publican put the run on them by refusing to serve them.
