generally I like it... if it were my site I might play around with the layout of the text and font? maybe try to incorporate a bolder color... not a big fan of the font you are using for your titles, etc.
I think that the image thumbnails are a bit small (on all the pages). And I don't like new windows opening unless I tell my browser to do so (pictures on media page) Other than that I like it. The picture at the top, is wonderful.
Overall I really like the site. Your page header is magnificent! Love the graphic... did you do that yourself?

Remember layout is only as good as the content.

I really like the site and love that graphic... it has a real old-world feel to it.
