Hi, ye all!

Hi, ye all!

Hi,

I am new here ... I live in Munich, Germany and play Fiddle & Flutes, pretty much exclusively Scottish and Cape Breton Tunes .. you could say, I am hooked ;-)
I´ve been digging around in the Session for tunes for quite a while... last time I tried to sign up, it had been impossible to join, as there were no new members accepted ... but now I´m here ... looking forward to loads of new friends ... ! :-)

Re: Hi, ye all!

But you're right Danny, it's an odd name.
Scotswind, welcome, and have you thought about naming yourself after a tune itself, it would not have to be so different. How about South Wind ?

Re: Hi, ye all!

Danny, if that's all that comes out . . .

Re: Hi, ye all!

Well it's better than the crap that comes out of my mouth after the aforementioned 1.25 gallons of diesel.

Re: Hi, ye all!

my reply two years later as I did not fowllow this (indeed a bit odd discussion) of my user name ... ) ScotsWind because I play SCOTtiSh music on a WIND instrument, the flute ... and am planning to build simple system flutes (hopefully) adapted to the intricacies of (flat key) scottish music ....
