Anyone interested in songs, take a listen to 17-year old Elizabeth LaPrelle's version of "Black is the Color of My True Love's Hair." Also her duet with her mother, "My Dearest Dear." It loses a little over the Internet -- I was at the taping this weekend of this American radio show (Garrison Keillor), and she just absolutely commanded that 2500-person concert hall in Virginia. She's a tiny little wisp of a girl.
great voice.thanks for the web site haven't heard GK since I heard him on BBCradio 4 many years ago and subsequently the Lake wobigon days books. much obliged,I'll listen in again cheers/iechyd da! from Wales,UK
Is that the one that goes, "Black is the colo(u)r of her velvet band" or the one that goes, "Black is the colo(u)r of my true love's lips, her nose is pierced, tattoos on her hips?"
I made the mistake of singing black is the colour at a session one night.
My girlfriend who is blonde stormed off. Fortunately, the whistle player in our band found a song called Yellow is the colour of my true love's hair, by Donovan which has somewhat appeased her so i recommend it to you gents who prefer . .

I was at a website that mentioned a spyware-free version of the Real Annoying Player. I forget the details though.
