Just wondering if anyone from this site will be at the Fleadh this year in St. Louis... it would be nice to put faces to the account names!!

my grandma said my uncle was gonna be a judge this year at the fleadh. my family is thinking of staying up there for the weekend for some craic and to spend time with my uncle. there's no way i'm gonna compete tho.

We were planning to go, but I have not made travel arrangements yet. Things are getting expensive now. I do have a hotel room booked for that weekend. Let's organize a midwest stateside sessioneers session. You going daiv? We will be the ones heckling your uncle!

I'll be there, participating in the senior duet and ceili band categories. I've noticed that also registered for senior duet is a certain famous piano accordion player and his bandmate!

We are definitely going now, with flights booked and room reserved. Anyone want to babysit for two really cute boys? We'll need someone from say 6 PM until 6AM or therabouts...

Three Sunsets

Hello, I am new to this website, very interesting. I recentley purchased a wonderful cd called Three Sunsets by Mirella Murray and Tola Custy. Does anybody know if they plan to tour England in the near future?

Yikes! this thread could be confusing because it is talking about two different Fleadhs! Except for Toirdhealbhach's post, the other comments are from the Midwest Fleadh in 2005!
