I saw them twice last year, about 4 months apart. They playing was brilliant, but what spoiled it for me was the fact that they didn't change one thing in their repetoire!
Even the jokes they made off the stage were the same, the first time they seemed spontaneous but they second time i just thought they were going through the motions.
When you go and see a husband/wife combo you expect them to have such a vast array of material cos they can practise together much more but it appeared they just put together a programme with enough material to do a 2 hour programme and then put it on the road. Seemed to lack a bit of soul for my taste?
Perhaps the moral of the story is go and see them once but not twice!
