Does anyone have an ABC transcription for this jig? I have to admit that learning tunes from records isn't one of my strong skills. I think this jig is so pretty, it's been running around my head for weeks now, and I really want to learn it. I posted about it over at rec.music.celtic but with no luck.

I'd agree -- if you have the tune running around in your head already, E.Bess, you've got it learned, and it's just a matter of getting it out from your head through your fingers and through the instrument. Go for it!
That's what the name of the tune is... Myself and Kerri play this tune a fair bit and always forget the name of it. We get asked quite often what is it. Lovely tune. Not hard to learn from the recording (that's what we did) since it is rather slow. I say it's a good one to practice learning from a recording on.
Hmmm. I don't have that CD. Searai or Kerri, would you post it so I can hear the tune, pleeeeease? (No cheating, though, E.Bess -- try and get it from your head to your instrument first! *grin*)
