I have been trying to find out some information about
Sean MacGuire. I recently heard that he may have taken ill.
Has anyone heard anything. This occured in the last two weeks. I am a big fan of his playing and I was fortunate to have heard him play, during his trip to CAPE BRETON- CELTIC COLOURS FEST

Sean is critically ill in the Lagan Valley hospital in Lisburn,Co.Antrim where he has been since he suffered a severe stroke the week before Christmas.Sean was 77 on boxing day past ,so we are all praying for his recovery.

Hello Winkie,
I heard from a friend in Dublin that Sean died on Wednesday and his friends were planning on a long weekend wake.
