What is this tune? its soooo cool!

Hi Everyone.
I came across this tune the other day and cant find anything close to it. help!

Dowd's Favorite. or O'Dowd's Favorite.
It took awhile to figure that out in the silly sound of midi.

There's also a nice one on the

page which isn't midi but a live recording. The only information I can find out from the source is that it's by oliver schroer. Toby's Reel/The Job perhaps?

i cant find the music for either of those tunes, so i dont know.
o'dowd's seems to be a very close version of that midi file though

I found the original page that mid came from:

The author of the page calls it "Dowds"
