Name this tune?

Here is the best transcription I can give of a tune from a poor live recording. Can anyone name it? I've already searched for the first couple of notes and had no good matches (I've listened to thousands of midi files).

The A part bears a very similar resemblance to the B part of a Susato tune from a few hundred years back
