I'm a newbee to THE SESSION and haven't yet figured out how to play (on the computer) the abc tunes. I have one or two programs that will play abcs, midis, mp3s etc. but usually just "clik" a file or drag and drop to get them played. What (in simpleton language) is the easyest way to get THE SESSION abcs to play on my computer please ?
Regards
Ken
Try downloading a few and find out which one suits you best. Most of them will convert ABCs to sheetmusic and/or midi files.
Alternatively, you can download the sheetmusic and midi files for a tune directly: they appear in the "download" tab of each tune. But then you don't get to try the ABCs that appear in comments (these are included when you download the ABC from the "download" tab).
Hi Michael and Jeremy
Thanks for quick replies.
I've now sussed it. Simple when you know how. I don't usually have that sort of block. I'll put it down to a few 12hour days recently and hope my brain comes back soon now they are finnished.
Thanks again
Ken

If you go to the "links" section, there's a whole category for ABC software:
