What do you know about this tune? Any history, background, style hints?

This is a nice Scottish air ... can anyone help me find a sheet music version? I am trying to re-learn it by ear--from Alasdair F. recording (I learned it once live from him but have not played it enough to remember it well), and would like to 'double check' some of the dots. Unfortunately I need it ASAP!

any chance that you can wait until tomorrow, We have loads of gaelic songs and airs at home, so could send something by the weekend,is this any help?

Erin, I have the abc at home and can post it. (Now I'm just slacking off at work.) (Okay, officially, I'm waiting for a client to stop by and tell me where to put their &%$* driveway. If I don't get this map done, Tonight, My Sleep WILL be Restless. And Next Week, My Bills Will Go Unpaid.)

And, incidentally, I think the dot version is not quite what Alisdair plays. I can hum it for you, if that helps.....

This is a great air that is a sign off (last tune) for our fiddle player and has become a solo signature piece. Glad to find someone that could enlighten as to it's origin. Phil
