Sessions in Orlando

Hi everybody, I'm new to this site and love it. I'm going to be in the Orlando/Kissimmee area next month an would like to find a session. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks

I am Courtney. I just found out that was part Irish. And I have been to orlando. I loved one thing about it maybe because i am young but I loed going to Disney World! LOL!!

Hi Pat,

I was in Orlando over new years. I saw a great Irish "Up-scale" group doing a gig at Canada in EPCOT. They are named "OFF-KILTER" . I first met them in Pittsburgh at the Irish Festival last fall.
We had a good talk. If you want to hear some phenominal HighLand piping -- you gotta check them out if you get to EPCOT as Jamie has got to be one of the world's best Highland pipers -- GREG

Hi Pat,
There are sessions in Orlando, usually on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays at the Claddaugh Pub in Orlando. If you e-mail me (mgpig@aug.com) I can put you in touch with the person who runs the session, and she can let you know for sure if one will be happening.
There is also one on the 1st & 3rd Sundays in Gainesville, which isn't too far from Orlando.
