Well, if you live in Europe and you don't want to wait weeks for delivery, it's going to cost about the same for shipping as it does the book. This is what I feared would be a problem.
Hopefully, you'll find a way round that, Davy.

Weejie, Shipping from createspace takes 50 days @ $6.38 (€4.83);
32 days @ $10.28 (€7.78); and
9 days @ $27.38 (€20.73)
but as they say, all good things are worth waiting for.
I am prepared to send it as a PDF for €10.00 by email attachment, and you do the printing yourself, to anyone wanting a more express delivery. Maybe some folks would be happy to read it on screen. We'll see.......
In the meantime it is selling well
