To clarify ruairi's answer (if it needs clarifying).
The session is in B. Meaning the instruments at this session are pitched one and a half tones (steps) flat. Thus tunes played with D fingering would sound in B. These tunes are usually played in G, so on instruments tuned this way, they sound in E.

My mistake, I shouldnt have said B flat, I should have said B. Its a set of B pipes and B concertina.
