if i were to learn it like this would it be totally wrong?

i have a recording of this Scottish tune and the way it is played goes summat like this

can anyone recognise the tune above and tell me if the bar lines are in the wrong place? it's just that i have another recording and it feels like a different tune because of the rhythm but the notes are the same

also its name would be great too!

aha that's for sure the tune, however listen to this version of it, it's choc full of variations and the rhythm seems different......
