did it get sold, because it sounds pretty good http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fdagg87Qxn0 Could be just a trade fiddle but in the right hands sounds good to my ear. All of mine sound like this of course. *** I wish. Could be the bow.

Wishful thinking - it's the player

Nah, it's the strings. PS maybe we could have a whip-round and get Custy a decent camera.

A wiser man once told me, "Good strings, and a good well-haired bow." It can really bring the best out of a "lesser: fiddle. But I agree, it is mostly in the player. It was certainly true of my teacher.

Does anyone know if Paddy Cronin had a name for this jig?

Found a name on this site: A Tailor I Am:- http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display.php/10361
I as wondering if there was a name to it. Nice tune, i think. Many thanks and a tip of the hat, Jerry.

A tailor in the title does sound catchy. But do we need this many? http://www.thesession.org/tunes/index/search?name=tailor&type_id=&mode_id=
