You don't say why you are asking. If you are lookigj to buy a set I'd do as much research as you possibly can and don't buy from the first maker you come across.

As the website is in German I can tell you that Jens is a qualified master as a woodwind instrument maker and as a fitter. Their workshop is in Saxonia where they have a long tradition of instrument making. As they seem to build all sorts of pipes you wouldn't find many uilleann pipes of his. Apparently they are very busy.
