A trip to Spain sounds like the best suggestion.. now wheres that wallet gone?? So is that 200 to 300 pounds you're talking? my display shows strange box symbols...
Gaitas are very reasonably priced throughout the north west of spain ...mind you so are most things but my current set was a special order and still only came to Euro800 'ish if it's a straight forward set you can pick them up at Seivane's workshop without preordering ...and even after paying for a flight they were still cheaper than getting them ordered through a shop and/ or paying duty.

Thats Euro(1 Euro= 70p aprox) but I've no idea how you get the keyboard to write it.
