Re: Clareen Banjo Stolen In Dublin

That's rough :/ In fact, there have been quite a lot of robberies right now. And I'm in the countryside! (Galway). However, I hope it has a safe return! :)

(Sorry if you were expecting me to say I found it, haha, just wishing ye luck in finding it :P)

Just for the record, I've spread the word, over on the Irish Tenor Banjo:

Good Luck.

Re: Clareen Banjo Stolen In Dublin

Very sad to hear that. I wouldn't want to be separated from Clareen so that must be a right downer.

Just thinking maybe some more details would help spot it quicker in case it appears in a pawn shop window.

Model, rough age etc.

Hope it's found and returned safe soon.

that should say "...separated from MY Clareen" above.

Re: Clareen Banjo Stolen In Dublin

This probably goes without saying, but be sure to let Tom know. It's pretty common for someone who doesn't know what it is that they've stolen to try to figure out the value by contacting the maker. (Or pawn shops, or whomever).

I wish you luck in getting it returned!
