Brilliant festival this year. Well done Marick and Louise. Highlights; Brian Finnegan Band - possibly as close as you'll get to hearing "The Ravishing Genius of Bones" played live by the studio players. Alan Burke and Henry Sears doing a midnight gig at Green Park Tavern. Alan Burke with Beth Porter (cello) joining him on "I Miss You". Surprise package (to me) was Inu. I'd never heard them before and they were excellent. Highly recommended. .

Brian Finnegan was magic. Saw him the previous week at Wickham too, but it was much better at the smaller venue in Bath. Also Luke Daniels was a brilliant box tutor - learnt more from him than from the many workshops I've been to in Ireland.

Out standing sessions at Royal Oak and the dubious sounding Banglo. Got master classes on whistle - excellent.
