I know the first reel as "The Concert Reel"

That first reel is discussed on the Tunes Comments Section. Seemingly it's known as a Traveller version of the Swallows Tail.
Look at the Swallows Tail on the Tunes for further info.

"Concert" and "Dairymaid", as the guys say above. "The Swallowtail" doesn't come into it at all.
