So first it was iPhones as tune suckers and ABC cheat sheets.
Then it was iPhones as tuners and metronomes.
Next came iPhones as concertinas and accordions.
Then the iPhones started eavesdropping and identifying tunes.
Hopefully, this next step won't get much traction:
I still have an ancient Nokia that's been dropped on the floor
a few times so it's falling apart. I only make out-going calls on it.
I still can't think of a reason to buy a smartphone or ipad.
I've become a technophobic curmudgeon at last!
I've never owned any sort of mobile 'phone.
I do have a land line (but with no voicemail or answerphone).
I obviously use the internet but recently abandoned FaceAche.
It doesn't seem to stop me getting out and about and socializing.
And I've also never owned any kind of driving licence. And I've got to places that car drivers haven't dreamt of!
