Tunes in Dunlewy/Gweedore

Hello all,
Are there any sessions or suchlike going on in Gweedore this time of year? Anyone that might want to get together for a few tunes? Feel free to e-mail me off-list. Planning on being there the first week of March.

Sundays: The Highlands Hotel, Glenties (not exactly Gweedore, I know, but not that far away).
Mondays: Hiudái Beag's, Bunbeg.
Tuesdays: Teach Billie, Gortahork or Beedy's, Dungloe.

That should do you for starters!

Slight correction - Hiudái Beag's Monday session might not be running, but the Friday one probably will be.

Traditional music in DUNGLOE!!!!!!!!!!!

Never. The bastion of C and W. I remember when I knew two tunes on the mandolin getting a residency there for pay and free board during the Mary festival. My partner could nearly play one tune on the whistle.

Fair enough, that was 40 years ago, but even 10 years a\go I couldn't find a trace of trad in Dungloe.
