No many bodhran players toured with Stevie Wonder - well done , Martin. I also heard he got Prince interested in the bodhran.

His work with Julie Fowlis is stunning! A case of understated and tasteful playing, which is how the bodhrán sounds best.

Not being one who would normally praise the bodhrán, Martin is an excellent player - and you wouldn't meet a nicer person. Very well deserved congratulations to Martin!

Great news indeed, a thoroughly deserved award for an outstanding musician. So can we call the bodhran The Instrument Of The Year then?!
