Comments on the page seem to give the first tune title. It's an international thing - Spanish, Klezmer and Irish, but I can't help with the names, sorry.

The reel is Basket of Oysters.

That second tune reminds me of the sort of thing you'd hear at a wedding feast in Greece (maybe)
