Hee hee. I have to laugh because I although I'm not sure about Wi-Fi, up until recently it was basically impossible to get cell phone reception anywhere in town. As you went further up the mountains you often had a better chance of getting reception, but you were s*** outta luck on the main stretch. This may have changed in the few years since I've been there. Am not sure if Wi-Fi is completely in the same realm, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Personally, half the fun of the week for me was just getting away from everything technology related and just enjoying the music. Just my thoughts.
The library next to Lawyers' General Store has wi-fi service that you can use inside and also outside in your car. Small library though but it does work off hours outside. Quill Centre office has wi-fi and registered students could check in there for email periodically if the office is open.

If I recall correctly, the high school a couple miles south of the town proper, had it as well.
But I wouldn't count on any of it working particularly well.

The eatery next to the general store, about 1/8 of a mile away from the Shamrock house, had it last year.
