I am going to Rhode Island in the spring to vist realitives, and was wondering if there are any good intermedate or beginer sessions back there.

By the way, after a while searching, I finally found a session that works well for me.
Hi Fairfeather. I lve in RI and I've been to a few different sessions here.. There's one that's held once a month (on a Sunday) in Newport if you want to do any tourist stuff, then afterwards go to a pub. It's listed on the website that Brad posted. Wards Publick House in Warwick has a non smoking section where muscicians play and the food is pretty good.(they meet on Sunday PM) There's a nice pub called Ri Ra in downtown Providence that I like. The only drawback for me is that there's cigarette smoking where the musicians play, which bothers me abit.(it's also Sundays) Those are the places I've been to so far. I'm sure there are other pubs that are great, too.
I will be in R.I in about April, staying with some realitves who live in Barrington; as they call it BOREington. It would be great to play tunes with other people.
