To register for an account hit the English button on top
right give user name password and email you will get an
email to confirm your registration click this and log
into site. you can then search the archive you will note
there is an annoying click every minute but this is to
protect the copyright for cce some great stuff.
If you sign in as a guest you will only get 30 sec
of each track...
Just to note for folks that I'm re-encoding some of the audio at the moment to create a less-annoying "watermark" sound (which I decided to do based on feedback on the yellow board, so thanks!)
So you might be seeing 30-second previews instead of full-length "watermarked" versions of tracks for the next few days until everything is done processing.
Please feel free to leave feedback on the archive, either here or via email to archive@comhaltas.ie.
Can anyone identify the tune played near the start of the introductory video? (starts at 00:08 and finishes at 01:47) The one with the flute and bouzouki/guitar. Sounds wicked, it could be Matt Molloy playing.
After trying again and again and again, I can't seem to register and log in. It's really annoying! IS anyone else sharing this experience or is it just me??
