Me Old Scelara Hat

Heard this sung at an event last evening. Haven't heard it in probably 30+ years but the words came back pretty quickly. Any one know who recorded it, when it was recorded, etc. May be one of the so called Irish music hall songs from the US, rather than an actual Irish song. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks folks, I found the first link on Google and Mudcat never came to mind for a search. A different spelling in Mudcat, and if the discussion is right, maybe the spelling isn't that important.
