Oh boy, the Spilane whistle saga can of worms. My guess is that this is the whistles he has started to produce, they fit the description. Has anyone played one or do they know someone who has?

Yeah yeah, I know the review was silly, but the history was interesting. Though it might be old news to you.
It's funny to think that Davy Spilane says he made his unmistakably Overton whistle.
