I'm afraid I'm not very good at this ABC format and cant find this tune... I have a VERY rough recording of it with people talking, laughing etc in the foreground and it has a weird A part so I'm having a hard time picking it up. I'll give it a go and see if anyone can discern from the broken ABC's what tune I'm talking about.
Keep in mind I dont have all of the notes in the A part and although its a reel there is a funny bit to the a part, so I'm not sure if its crooked or what.... so I realize this may not look like a reel, simply because I dont know how to write it out... but it is.
The tricky part for the Rev's search engine is the octaves. I didn't recognize the A part, so I only tried searching for the B part. The third group of four notes goes below middle C, so it should be B,G,B,D. All of the Cs except the first are high, so should be c instead of C. And the C# should be ^c for ABC notation. Then the Rev's engine finds it.
Please Help Me I cant find this tune anywhere!!!!

I know it is a long shot but I put the first couple of bars into Rev's search engine and came up with:

It isn't that is it?

Re: Please Help Me I cant find this tune anywhere!!!!
nope not it... I've tried Rev's over and over again and cant come up with it. If it helps the b part starts like this:
dGGG EGDC BGBD GBdg eCCC ACAG FDDD fedC#
and the tune is in G

Re: Please Help Me I cant find this tune anywhere!!!!
From your ABCs of the first part it definitely doesn't look like it is in G.
If you were able to post a copy of the recording on one of these file sharing sites then that should help.
