THE GOOD SERVANTS - A novel by a trad musician...

Here is something interesting ... a novel by a trad musician about touring, sessioning and drinking!
I've read extracts and it seems very funny. I'm hoping Santa brings me one ..... :-)

I like the name of the author's band. I would like my playing to contain phlogiston.....

I'll have to check it out. At first glance I envision James Joyce meets Hunter S. Thompson. I mean that in a potentially good way.

That would be potentially fantastic. A Gonzo Portrait of the Sessionista as a Young Man.
