hello there!
Just moved to Ballina in Mayo. Anyone into trad up there? any1 wants to meet up for tunes, go to sessions together, become trad buddies? feeling lonely already!

Hey there... I don't live in Mayo any more but I know there's lots of nice music around the north of the county.
Think the Doherty's in foxford might run a session they're great people and it's not very far away!

The Merrymonk in Ballina has a session nearly everyday of the week. You're bound to find some good lively tunes there.

There is a session on Friday nights in Crocketts pub in the Quay village. Was there once. Nice mix of tunes and songs.
