Looking for a fiddle instructor near Philadelphia, PA
Looking for a fiddle instructor near Philadelphia, PA
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good instructor in Irish Fiddle near Philadelphia, PA. Looked around and sent out a few e-mails, but didn't get any response - complete newbie here when it comes to the fiddle (although I can read music and play other instruments).

Go along to Sunday session at The Plough and the Stars (5-9PM roughly) and have a word with fiddler Paraic Keane (son of Sean, the fiddler with the Chieftains). If he is not there, someone will be able to give you a number.
